Played a solo gig Saturday night and resurrected versions of Jumpin Jack Flash, Blackbird; and Can't Get Enough The big difference between my JEEPSTERZ projects and other music that I do...is that JEEPSTERZ is a SOLO gig for me, on both Guitars and keyboards. With this, I do, at times, use automated drum tracks (which I write and perform onto electronic medium). But all actual music is being played 100% LIVE...I quit using my sequencers years ago. I hold to the monniker that LIVE MUSIC IS BEST. Nothing else beats the spontaneity and enthusiastic performance than TRULY LIVE MUSIC. JEEPSTERZ project began as a series of video performances of songs of T.REX, as a sort of tribute project to the songwriting genius of the late Marc Bolan. But it has progressed into the COVER VERSION foray by me. I write my own material, and in my own band projects...I perform all ORIGINAL SONGS. This is the opposite of my usual status. Here I do other peoples material...for the pure enjoyment of it...
